   - Custom-designed, custom-made, personalized jewelry, or out-of-stock items may require an additional 2-3 weeks of processing time.

   - We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders.
   - Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method. 

3. Shipping Restrictions:
   - Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for all deliveries.
