   - All in-stock, ready to ship items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
   - Custom-designed, custom-made, personalized jewelry, or out-of-stock items may require an additional 2-3 weeks of processing time.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates:
   - We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders.
   - Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method. 

3. Shipping Restrictions:
   - Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for all deliveries.
   - International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking:
   - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Shipping Insurance:
   - For jewelry items valued at over $100, we'll use an insured shipping method to protect your purchase during transit. The same requirement applies for returned orders. Cleo & Me is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged before we receive your returned item(s).

6. Delivery Time:
   - Estimated delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please refer to the shipping carrier's estimated delivery schedule for more information.

7. Delivery Verification:
   - Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any signs of damage or tampering. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately.
