When adding this plan with your jewelry purchase in the same shopping cart, please indicate in the order note which jewelry item you’d like to apply this care plan to. If you’re adding this care plan to jewelry you purchased from Cleo & Me and received within the last 5 days, please include your order number, order date, and the specific jewelry item you’d like to cover. We CANNOT process your plan registration for jewelry received more than 5 days ago.

NOTE: You must choose the correct plan price that matches the jewelry’s value (before sales tax, coupons, or promotions) to ensure the system registers and activates the plan correctly. If you select the wrong tier, your payment for the plan will be refunded, and you will receive an email notification. You will receive an e-copy of your plan agreement from Montage within 7 business days of purchasing this care plan.

Covered Protection Period: From the day of delivery until the end of the term indicated on the plan’s contract.

Jewelry Coverage: This plan covers stones, soldering, prongs or mountings, clasps or links, earring posts or backs, and ring shanks.
